Review of FSLabs Airbus A321Neo for MSFS 2024

On December 12, 2025, I conducted an in-depth review flight of the FSLabs Airbus A321 Neo for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. The route chosen for this review was from Abu Dhabi to Riyadh, providing a great environment to test the aircraft’s systems, performance, and overall realism.

Strengths of the FSLabs Airbus A321 Neo

  • Systems Depth and Realism: The FSLabs A321 Neo offers an incredibly detailed simulation of Airbus systems, closely mirroring real-world operations. The flight management system, autopilot, and aircraft logic are highly accurate and responsive.

  • GSX Pro Integration: One of the standout features is the seamless integration with GSX Pro, which significantly enhances ground handling realism. From pushback to boarding and deboarding, the experience feels immersive and authentic.

  • Flight Dynamics: The aircraft handles smoothly throughout all phases of flight, with realistic responses to control inputs and environmental factors.

  • Visual and Cockpit Detail: The cockpit is meticulously modeled with high-resolution textures and functional switches, providing an engaging environment for procedural flying.

Performance Considerations

While flying on ultra graphics settings, the FSLabs A321 Neo is notably demanding on the graphics card. Even with a powerful Nvidia RTX 4080, I observed a considerable load, which may impact frame rates depending on your system configuration.

Areas for Improvement

  • Descent Constraint Adherence: During the descent phase, the aircraft occasionally fails to strictly follow ATC constraints or programmed altitude restrictions. This behavior can require manual intervention to maintain compliance.

Final Thoughts

Overall, the FSLabs Airbus A321neo delivers an exceptionally immersive and technically rich experience in MSFS 2024. Its system depth, GSX Pro integration, and visual fidelity make it one of the most rewarding Airbus simulations available.

That said, I did encounter a curious issue after landing: although the tiller was active and the nose wheel animation showed movement, the aircraft itself did not respond to steering inputs. This was the first time I’ve experienced such behavior, and it may well have been a one-off anomaly rather than a recurring problem. Still, it’s worth noting for completeness, as it slightly disrupted the otherwise smooth conclusion to the flight.

Despite this isolated incident, the aircraft remains a standout in the simulator—perfect for those who value realism, detail, and the full Airbus experience.
